Kim's education and training has been primarily focused on postural issues as they correlate to chronic pain patterns. Over the past 14 years, her goal has been to increase people's awareness as to how and why posture plays a major role in their pain patterns, and what steps they can take to help eliminate their pain. Kim's bodywork is a therapeutic blend of Swedish Massage, Trigger Point and Neuromuscular therapies.
Kim enjoys working at the Wellness Education Center www.juicefast.info and helping people through their fasting period. She feels nutrition is an important key to one's health and loves when her clients have those a-ha moments.
Kim studied massage therapy with Southeastern School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 1998.
